What is a good way to lose weight?

Need lots of help pls....i need encouragement and things to do that will help me lose the weightWhat is a good way to lose weight?
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For

diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to

calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,

disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target

your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a

bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
There are a lot of diets and exercises that you can do that will say they are the key to losing weight... Truthfully, and as corny as it is, I really believe the best way to lose weight is to encourage yourself. Without self motivation, any plan you have may easily crumble.

Remind yourself of the body that you want to have and the reasons why you want to have it. Find a good, strong reason for why you should lose weight. Every time you start to feel frustrated and hopeless, think of that reason again.

When you've got a plan set (whether it's exercise or diet), keep track of your progress and reward yourself for continuing to follow it.

If self-motivation isn't enough, lean on friends or family for support. Maybe find someone who wants to lose weight, also, and go on a diet/exercise plan together.

I've got a combination of this- I keep myself going on my diet/exercise. My boyfriend is the one that rewards me for sticking to it (mmm free massages n__n).

I am trying to watch my calories and exercise enough to create a 500 calorie deficit each day. If you're looking for the best diet plan to lose weight? Well, those are really trial and error. I've tried plans that someone else was able to lose 10 lbs on in one week, but I didn't lose a single pound on. Having had nothing but failures with the diets I've tried so far, there isn't one in particular I'm following. I'm just going with the recommended calorie intake for my height.

Edit: If you're curious about the exercises I do, I've been using wii fit and xbox 360's kinect Your Shape Fitness Evolved. I work super late and live too far from gyms, I also get bored easily. Your Shape Fitness Evolved keeps my attention and has a ton of different programs that I enjoy.What is a good way to lose weight?

1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.



2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.



3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.



4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week



5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds



6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks



7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)



8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic



9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food



10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison



11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started



12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet

just healthy diet and jog about 30-60 minutes... =)

but be sure you do stretching for about 5-10minutes before you jog, especially your feet !

so you will avoid injuries and will not stop to do another exercise for tomorrow..



don't you want a sexy body where all guys that are attracted too =3What is a good way to lose weight?
reduce junk food also do some exercise lyk jogging,sit-ups n drink lots of water for metabolism purposes also reduce large amounts of food.
You should exercise daily. Jogging 1-2 kms daily is not a big deal.... :)
