What do I cook my Boyfriend tonight?

What do I Cook my boyfriend for Late Dinner? Im stuck on things to cook... Can I have some Ideas of main meal's %26amp; desserts.. Its our annversary today! What do I cook my Boyfriend tonight?
If you cook it for him naked he totally won't care what it is. You could boil a brick in some water and he'd love it. :) Happy Anniversary!
This a really good pasta dish, do not overcook the butternut squash or the pieces will disintegrate into the dish. You can use regular Italian style pork hot or sweet sausage and regular pasta, if you like.

Pasta with Roasted Butternut Squash %26amp; Sausage

Serves 4

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

1 1 -1 1/2 lb. butternut squash

2 tablespoon olive oil, divided

1 1 lb. box of whole wheat or whole grain penne, ziti or rotini pasta,

2 - 4 cloves finely minced garlic

1 small onion, diced

3-4 Italian style turkey or chicken sausage removed from their casings

24 cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half

陆 cup low salt chicken broth or pasta water or more

陆 tsp. dried oregano

陆 tsp. dried basil

Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

陆 cup grated parmesan, grana padana or romano cheese

1.Peel and cut the butternut squash in half, remove the seeds and stringy stuff

2.Cut in 1 inch chunks, toss with tablespoon olive oil

3.Spread the squash chunks out on a pan and roast in preheated oven 30-40 minutes, until soft. Remove from oven and set aside. Can be prepared 1 day in advance.

4.Cook the pasta following directions on the package to the al dente stage

5.Heat the other tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet, saute the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.

6.Add the sausage meat to the skillet, saute until thoroughly cooked, break up the meat, if necessary.

7.Add the tomatoes and smash with a fork.

8.Add the dried basil and oregano and mix into the tomato/sausage mixture

9.Add the chicken broth or pasta water and stir, simmer the sausage etc. for 15 minutes.

10.Add the cooked pasta and butternut squash and toss gently.

11.Add additional chicken broth or pasta water if the sauce seems to dry

12.Add salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes to taste

13.Top with the grated cheese and serve

Note 1: You can add your favorite jarred or homemade pasta sauce instead of the tomatoes if you prefer more of a tomato and saucy texture/flavor.

Note 2: You can prepare the dish ahead of time, being sure the pasta is cooked al dente. Near serving time, preheat your oven to 350 F degrees. Put the mixed pasta dish in a an ovenproof casserole dish, top with the grated cheese and heat in the oven 20-30 until hot and bubbly.

Serve with a nice green salad, Italian bread. For dessert Toast store bought pound cake under the broiler or in toaster oven, top with ice cream, Nutella and whipped cream. What do I cook my Boyfriend tonight?
Okay. Here is a really simple meal but it looks special and tastes divine!

It's chicken with honey and mustard. it's v v yummy.

You can BBQ this or grill it.

You'll find this easy barbecue chicken recipe in the link below, but the short steps are:

Mix the marinade in a large plastic zip lock bag:

25 gm seeded mustard

50 ml honey

25 ml white wine vinegar

Put 4 chicken thighs into the marinade.

"Mush" it around so that the meat is thoroughly soaked in the sauce

Put in the fridge to marinade for a couple of hours.

Grill or barbecue the chicken.

Serve with short pasta and a crisp salad.

For dessert, I love making custards because they're so easy.

But you have to like custards.

For something very simple, you can't go past a fresh fruit salad - but instead of mixing it all together, do a deconstructed fruit salad. This means all the parts are arranged separately on the plate.

Serve with a good quality ice cream.

Fresh fruit salad makes a good taste contrast to the honey %26amp; mustard chicken.

Take the trouble to lay a beautiful table setting with napkins and nice glassware. That makes the evening special.
You haven't said anything about what he likes to eat lol.

1. A lot of men prefer it simple even though they indulge our "fancier" meals. So tossed salad, steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and cheese, and biscuits followed up with apple pie and ice cream would be great.

2. We both like seafood and I'd probably go with someting like caesar salad, shrimp and scallops in a lemon basil sauce over cheese filled tortellini, steamed asparagus, and garlic bread followed up with champagne, cheesecake, and chocolate covered strawberries.

3. If he's the chicken type then I'd likely do spinach salad, baked chicken breasts, wild rice, stir-fried green beans and mushrooms, and yeast rolls with carrot cake.

4. Maybe he's wishing for warmer days. Try coleslaw, bbq spare ribs, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, and dinner rolls with peach cobbler.

5. Perhaps he's a pork man. Try coleslaw, pork chops, rice, and cabbage followed up with pineapple upsidedown cake.

6. Maybe he likes Asian-style dishes. Try sweet and sour soup and a veggie and chicken stir-fry over rice followed with a rice pudding.

7. Spicy Mexican? Beef, shrimp, and chiken fajitas with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, refried beans, and mexican rice followed up with fruit salad.

8. Italian style? Antipasto salad, baked ziti, steamed spinach followed up with cannoli.

9. Middle Eastern? Baba ganoush and chicken couscous followed up with honey cinnamon oranges

The choices are almost endless depending on what he likes. It's a more sensual meal if you have to use your hands rather than just utensils.

Good luck and happy anniversary! What do I cook my Boyfriend tonight?
I just know what i would absolutely love is if someone made me lasagna. You can even do the Stouffers and throw it in the oven about 30 minutes. Even if you didn't "make" it to me that would be out of this world. Combine that with some good breadsticks and if you're old enough some good red wine and you're good to go. For dessert..try this...regular size cake pan (i think its 8x8). (2) boxes of duncan hines or betty crocker chocolate chip muffin mix. Use (4) eggs ....1.5 cups of milk .....1/2 cup olive oil....stir all of that together till the batter is well mixed. Throw it in the pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 28-32 minutes. At about 28 minutes poke a knife or toothpick through to see if its done. When the toothpick/knife comes out clean its done. I call it a chocolate chip cake and it is out of this world.
PLEASE!!!..whatever you do, do NOT cook your boyfriend! (as you have phrased the question) You can however cook FOR him. lol ;-)

If it were me cooking the meal, I would go for steak, baked potato, salad and pie alamode for dessert.
I would say roll him in some flour and butter and fry on medium heat. However if you want to cook something FOR your boy boyfriend, how about pizza.
I had a Bacon steak with new baby potatoes, steamed leeks and minted green baby peas, corn wheels and a nice Jus from the meat.
If he knows that you are the dessert, then the main course won't matter.
give him some spam and eggs
take him out for a meal
