What is a good meal plan for a lean body?

I am 16 years old and i started working out not long ago. I want a lean body. What are good things to eat if you want a lean body and are working out everyday? What shouldn't i eat? How can i get a six pack fast? What work outs should i do for a lean body?What is a good meal plan for a lean body?
Lean protein and green vegetables will help you get there. Lift, some cardio and eat right. However, you are only 16 so you have a few more years to grow so just continue to eat b/c you're still growing. Once you turn 18, you can then start a more strict regimen if you choose. I'd suggest you first,considering your age you really don't need to be a body builder right now.Because this will prevent your normal growth.But you will be healthy if you eat vegetables and avoid fast food and lactose.Walking will help you to keep a sound body.
