Is there a particular format, or would they have to email me the content so that I could upload it on the website. Not sure at all how websites are made...How do I build a website where people could post things on their?
Depending on the host you choose, most hosts implement blogs and forums and such as part of your site. Bearing in mind that a unique domain will cost money and sub-domains are free.
