How do I find the source of e-mails that are being sent to me?

I get these e-mails and they are from different things. I opened up an e-mail in like in December and it opened up like a portal where every single other site can e-mail me. I get like 100 of them everyday. Please help me. How do I find the source of it or how can I get rid of it for good. For good meaning no spam and no inbox messages.

except about once a week to make sure nothing good went there..otherwise just ignore it. Never open, unsubscribe, or reply to spam.



Go to your inbox page and click Options%26gt; Mail Options%26gt; Spam

Set it to accept mail only from people on your contact list
