Why do police get irritated about these things?

1) a 7 year old kid calling 911 from his home phone and hanging up after the operator picks up. then the cop comes to the house and is stern in talking and threatens to arrest the 7 year old next time and gives a lecture in a irritated voice?

2)video taping someone getting arrested and taking photos on your cell phone.Why do police get irritated about these things?
Well, the first one because believe it or not while the phone is ringing, it may be blocking a real emergency because the line is busy. its really just a bad habit for a kid to learn.



Calling 911 when there is no emergency can be compared to a kid pulling the fire alarm at school. these should be saved for emergencies only not humor.





as for the second part...idk if its in the lublic you have every legal right to video tape and document it if you want...if its on private property than its intruding on someones privacy and you can get a big law suit on your hands...id have to say the reason they dont like it is because you never know what will happen, what if the suspect somehow gets ahold of the officers gun and shoots you? what if a gangmember comes up and shoots everyone at the scene due to gang rivalry?Why do police get irritated about these things?

1. Is about them checking on a prank 911 call keeps them from somewhere else where they may really be needed. Their checking out a phony call may cost someone else who really needs help their life.



2. This one is a bit more complicated though. But as police you have your every move scrutinized. You may be an honest cop like most trying to protect the public but there are always some trying to judge you and find fault. Now they don't know but the video may show half the story and suggest they beat some helpless man not showing the "helpless man" had a gun and tried to shoot one of the cops, or something similiar. The littlest thing the lawyers will grab and try and spin to make it look like the guilty were innocent and the cops are bad cops. This is why they don't like being filmed as one can always cut the parts out they want to spin a bunch of lies.



I remember a few years ago a video of a cop thrashing a black woman and the headlines read very nasty anti police stuff. But when the full video got out it showed that the cop was giving a ticket to the womans friend for jaywalking (almost causing an accident though not even looking before crossing). The other woman then attacked the office pushing and then swinging at him. Only after that did the cop turn to thrash the woman and arrest her. Not so innocent of a "black woman" and not so corrupt of a cop as they tried to make it. Ohh and it was shot an a bystanders cell phone video.Why do police get irritated about these things?
