How do they wake you up in Navy Basic Training?

I'm nervous because I am a really deep sleeper. I have a hard time getting up in the morning. I can sleep through just about anything. I set three alarms just to be safe. So, I do not want to accidentally not wake up and make things more difficult. How do they wake you up?How do they wake you up in Navy Basic Training?
The first day it was a 33gal metal trash can flying down the passageway between the racks and somebody screaming at us to drop a certain part of the male anatomy and to grab our socks along with accusing us of having "Mother Issues and Oedipus Complexes..." After that it was MOSTLY with the lights and reveille and a recorded voice telling us to "heave to" and announcing the Uniform of the Day. But I think it kind of depended on what kind of mood the Company Commander was in. Even in the "kinder gentler Navy" oversleeping will not be an issue....It got to the point where just hearing the compartment door open woke you up, no matter how hard you were sleeping...How do they wake you up in Navy Basic Training?
You go to bed every night at 2200 except in you last week and you wake up at 0400 or 0500 to you lights coming on your RDC;d coming and and on the load speakers all at once trust me you wont be able to sleep in.How do they wake you up in Navy Basic Training?
The turn the lights on and play revile over the loud speakers.

Don't worry, you will only over sleep once

it will never be an issue again, after you do it the first time.
when i went to hms ralliegh the officer called down a speaker which was in each bedroom

'Call the hands, call the hands, Call the hands'

9/10 there's already lots of people awake so you wont oversleep :)

hope this helps
