I like a girl, not sure what to do?

I have liked a friend of mine who is a girl for about a year now. I鈥檝e never thought about trying to see whether she felt the same way, though this year she has been giving me more encouraging signs. (Saying flirty things, smiling at me sometimes and blushing, hugging etc.) The problem I have seen her kiss two other guys recently while I was there. Is there a chance for me at all or am I misreading her?
