Is there anyway to do an affective excircise without over stepping comfort boundries?

I'm not going to lie... I get some bad ADD when it comes to trying to do stuff. I try exercising, but then I watch Tv for a little bit, or play a video game for a little bit and then I get attached and completely forget what I was doing or say "Screw it".



I want to lose weight, and get a more androgynous shape.... but I can't bare to run because it hurts my legs and I just get tired of doing it. I have no energy for it. The food my mom buys is crap and defiantly not health food... but she won't listen to me when I tried to ask her for some healthier eats (I have NO problem with eating health food, as long as it has some flavor. Some health food kind of tastes bland.)





Without having to spend money I don't have, or can't make, or go some place other than my back yard, what can I do to lose this weight? I have one of those stair stepper things which sometimes but rarely is okay.



ADD: I wouldn't mind buffing up a little too. I think an androgynous shape, with a little muscle is good. I just don't want to look built or make my muscles look unreasonably huge...

no bro..there is no such exercise....i also used to be fat..then i develop interest in playing basketball..now i can jump 4 ft in air..after 1 n 1/2 yrIs there anyway to do an affective excircise without over stepping comfort boundries?

Trying to reduce unwanted weight has not really been easy with some people due to their body composition, but with determination and following the weight loss program, you will be able to achieve your desired result. Bear in mind that its a gradual process. You cannot achieve it just immediately but doing what you are supposed to do will lead to positive result.



All you need to do is to discipline yourself. Make sure you mom doesnt buy fatty food for you. Try and reduce sugar intake, soda, chocolate, etc. Try and eat fruits, vegetables and drink more water.



Do regular exercise either in the house or outside, walk out, run, ride bicycle, dance, swim if you have pool,etc. Bear in mind that exercise is essential. Make out time and exercise the body and it will help reduce unwanted pounds in your system.
